RETURNS
How to make a return?
- Contact us at info@ningenshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include in the email:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the problem (if applicable).
What happens next?
- We will process your request within 7 business days. Returns without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
- Once we confirm the return, you can return the items in their original packaging to the address we'll provide via email . These are usually two different addresses:
- Oversized T-shirts: 4730 Littlejohn St, Baldwin Park, CA 91706

Other items: The address that appears on the delivery note of the package you received.
Returned items
- Ningen Shop will not accept items that are used, stained, damaged, or intentionally altered.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer but may be refunded (See next point).
Refunds
- If your refund request is approved , we'll refund the money to the account used to pay for the order, in the original currency of the purchase.
- To include your shipping costs in your refund: Please email us a photo of the payment receipt or invoice you received at the post office.
Can all items be returned?
Our return policy covers most items, but there are exceptions. Returns will not be accepted for:
- Intentionally damaged items.
- Items returned after 30 days of receipt date.
- Correctly printed items according to provided designs or specifications that are no longer desired by the customer.
- Orders rejected due to delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong phone number or address).
Can I cancel my order before it arrives?
- If the order has not yet entered production , you can cancel it entirely.
- If the order is already in production but has not been shipped , you can cancel the shipment and receive a refund of the shipping cost.
